Details
The Varnishing Plant Consists of Base on which the Conveyor Chain moves along the above mentioned zones. The Conveyor Chain is specially designed to carry the mandrels (which are used to hold the armatures) in the bore made especially for this purpose. A motor with gearbox, which runs at 4.7 RPM, drives the conveyor chain. There is also spinner drive that ensures the mandrels are self-rotary.

| 1 | Loading/Unloading | The component is loaded in the mandrel assembly fixed onto the conveyor chain. The loaded component moves along with the chain to the various sections. |
| 2 | Pre-heating | Consists of the Heater and the blower to heat the component at 130 Degree Celsius. When the Starter travels through this section, the component is heated for 120 Degree Celsius. |
| 3 | Trickling | The Varnish is applied on the component using a trickle pump. |
| 4 | Baking | The component is maintained at 150 Degree Celsius, for 10 - 15 minutes so that the Varnish applied can be cured immediately. |
| 5 | Curing | After Baking, the component is maintained at 150 Degree Celsius for 10 - 15 minutes in the curing section. |
