The Conveyorised automatic Pre-heating oven is to Preheat the Starter Armature along with Core to 150°C and maintain the same for the specified duration before powder coating.

• Chiller to Bring down the component temperature.
100°C to 200°C. The component is inside the oven for 30 minutes 15 minutes for the component to reach 150 Deg Celsius and another 15 minutes at 150 Deg Celsius.
Heaters are all of Infra-red Ceramic.
• A blower is fixed inside the oven to circulate the air.
• Heater is cartridge type and it is mounted on the top.
• Blower drive is mounted on the top.
• Insulation thickness is 75 mm for all sides of the walls with three sections
• Second level of insulation is sheet metal with the gap of 50 mm from the primary insulation to reduce the skin temperature of the Oven
• Skin Temperature of the machine is + 10°C of ambient
• Temperature at Loading area is not more than + 10°C of ambient
• Front doors compartmentalized. Rear door is full single. All doors are hinged in one side other sides with toggle clamps
• The length of the chain: 12 Meters
• Chain Type: Stainless steel 2” Pith Hollow pin type
• Sprockets: 9 No’s of 2 inch Sprockets with the Outer Diameter of 310 mm
Component Locator in one side it is getting inserted to the chain and the other the receptor to hold the armature by the commutator side of the component.
Optional Selector switch the operating mode from Continuous to Indexing mode is provided inside the panel
