The stator trickle varnish plant consists of the following stages.

| 1 | Loading/Unloading | The new component is loaded and varnished component is unloaded. |
| 2 | Pre-heating | The stator is pre-heated for 120 Degree for 15 minutes. |
| 3 | Trickling | The varnish is applied on to the stator in this stage using a peristaltic pump. |
| 4 | Baking | The stator temperature is raised to 150 Degree and also the temperature is maintained. |
| 5 | Curing | The stator temperature is maintained at 150 Degree. |
| 6 | Cooling | The stator temperature is reduced from 150 to near ambient by blowing ambient air onto the component. |
In this machine Stator cover is rolled using rollers and the rolled cover is transferred to the welding machine using a pneumatically operated mechanism. The welding part welds the cover through seam welding process.
This is a servo press used to press stator cover onto the core. The specifications are as follows

In this Conveyorized oven the rotor core is heated up to 300 Deg C and the core temperature is maintained at 300 Deg C for the 40 minutes.
This is a servo press used to press rotor core onto its shaft.

The rotor core turning machine is used to turn the core with the belt drive and carbide tipped cutter. The surface finish is less than 10 micron and roundness is also less than 10 microns.
The rotor unbalance correction milling machine removes the material from the rotor by milling to balance the unbalance found by the balancing machine at a specified angle and specified quantity.
The End cover assembly machine used to assemble the end cover with all accessories. There is also a pneumatic cylinder to press the cap in the end cover at the final component.
The Motor final assembly table used to assemble the motor parts, stator assembly, rotor assembly, end cover assembly and complete the motor as a whole. This machine includes a pneumatic screw driver which is used to tighten the screws of the motor unit.
The motor performance test rig tests the motor for its performance. The test rig measures the parameter such as Voltage, current, torque and speed at various simulated load conditions of 25%, 50%, 75% , 100% and 125% of the load capacity of the motor under test.
