Details
Purpose
To cure the adhesive, this is used to paste the magnet onto the motor case at temperature of 160 Deg C.

| The Input to the Plant is Motor case with Magnet pasted inside it. |
The Motor case is raised to the temperature of 160 Deg C within 12 – 15 minutes. The Motor case is maintained at 160 Deg C for 6 Minutes. The Motor case temperature is reduced to 50 Deg C from 160 Deg C within the 15 minutes. |
The output from the machine is the Motor case with the magnet inside after cured for the set duration at set temperature. |
Scope of supply
• Mechanical Structure with conveyor
• Heater with controller
• Ducting chamber
• Tray to hold the yoke
• PLC based sequence controller
• Electric control panel.
Temperature range
100°C to 300°C. The component is inside the oven for 36 minutes inclusive of 15 minutes for heat rise, 6 minutes at 160 Deg C and 15 minutes for cooling. At unloading point the component temperature is maintained at the maximum temperature of 50 deg C as per the specification.
Heaters & blower
Tubular fins type AIR Heater is used for heating the component with suitable air circulation by Blower. Heater is cartridge type and it is mounted on the top. Blowers also mounted on the top of the heater cartridge.
Wall Insulation
• Insulation thickness is 75 – 100 mm for all sides of the walls with three sections
• Skin Temperature of the machine is + 8°C of ambient
• Temperature at Loading area is not more than + 10°C of ambient
Fixture
• Perforated tray hangers with proper location to hold the component.
• The equipment is capable to hold the component with out fall during running
• Locator for the component is provided with out any problem on the magnet.
Option for running mode
Optional Selector switch the operating mode from Continuous to Indexing mode is provided inside the panel
Auto switching on
7 day Programmable Time Switch is provided to start the heaters and blower at set time to keep ready the machine while starting the production
Mode selector (auto / manual)
In Auto mode heater & Blower is automatically switched on irrespective of the input switches
In Manual mode all independent operations except heater and blower
Conveyor chain
• Plumber block bearings is mounted on outside the heating zone
• Chain Lubrication is automatically done in set time intervals.
• Gear Motor is mounted at the rear side of the machine.
Cleaning tray
A removable cleaning tray is provided at the bottom for collecting the oil and sledges.
Safety
• Exhaust dampers port is provided with scale marking.
• The proper hood to prevent hot air flow on the operator should suck hot air at unloading area
Power failure
• Operator panel will have all indication lamps and it should be in right side visible to operator
• Power Panel will at the backside and position will be rigidly clamped.
• Wiring outside the panel will be routed properly with Metal conduit fixed or flexible pipes as required.
• Control panels will have the acrylic window on the doors so that all the components are visible
• Emergency button is available near operator panel.

• Incoming Power is protected with Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker
• RYB Indicator (Led Lamp)
• Voltmeter with Selector switch
• Single Phasing Preventer for the supply

• On/ Off Control by Selector switch and Contactor
• Temperature control by PID Controller (OMRON Make) and SSR (ERI make)

• 7 day programmable timer control for the auto Start

Interlockings
• Heaters will be switched On, only when the Blower is On.
• Blind Temperature Controller will control in case the Primary Controller fails.
• In Auto Mode, Conveyor will not start until the temperature reaches the set limit
