PC Based Alternator Performance Test Rig

The test rig is used to perform the Alternator performance testing as per the specifications given in the manufacturing test specification drawings.

The test rig conducts the following test on the Alternator

04. Output @ speed 1 (1500Rpm)
05. Output @ speed 2 (3000Rpm)
06. Output @ speed3 (6000 Rpm)
07. Output @ Speed 4 ( Programmable)
08. Output @ Speed 5 ( Programmable)
09. Regulating Voltage (5000Rpm)
10. Engine RPM Test
11. Zero output test
12. WL End
13. Other Electrical Performance test as per IS Specifications.
