The Rectifier forward and reverse leakage test rig is an indexing type with five stations performing the following tasks.
1. Station #1 Loading / Unloading
2. Station #2 Forward Voltage Drop and Delta VF Test
3. Station #3 Zener Voltage Drop and Delta VZ
4. Station #4 Reverse Leakage Test
5. Station #5 Auto Stamping Stage
