CE Bracket test rig

The CE Bracket test rig tests the CE Bracket of the starter motor for the insulation between the brush box and Bracket and also length of Screw head from the face of the CE Bracket.

Safety aspects of the test rig.

1. When the Flash Voltage is applied only after the testing area is covered with the acrylic shield.
2. The Flash Voltage will be applied if and only if the component is present and also if the safety door is closed properly.
3. The Safety lock will not be activated if the operator has not completed the loading process. Interlock is there to check the presence of any other object and interrupts the safety lock getting closed.

1. Operator loads the component and activates the tap switch.
2. Operator doesn’t even handle the flash probe.
3. The Operator is there to place the component and ensure that the component is testified properly.
4. The PASSed Component Unloaded automatically.
5. All Industrial safety measures are taken care of properly.
