01. Load the component Manually
02. Start cycle through Start switch
03. Servo motor is Activated for its travel
04. After Approach of travel Slow speed stroke Enabled
05. Load is Monitored Continuously
06. When the Load is reaches than the Distance is monitored
07. Reads the LVDT and stop the Travel
09. Indicates the Load and distance and compares with Set limit
10. Motor Returned to its home position
11 Fixture slide is moved to its Next position to press
12. Servo motor is Activated for its travel
13. After Approach of travel Slow speed stroke Enabled
14. Load is Monitored Continuously
15. When the Load is Reaches Travel Stops
16. Reads the LVDT and stop the Travel
17. Motor Returned to its home position
18. During the Travel If Photo guard Interrupted, then the Process Skipped and indicates for error
19. When Error Comes Machine Waits for RESET
20. Auto Unload Takes place
