The Wiper Motor Performance Test rig is designed to test wiper Motors of 12 Volt Dual Speed Motors. The Test is conducted to determine the charactesties of the motor in Low Speed and High Speed Conditions as per your recommended standard specification.

01. Load the wiper motor to the fixture manually
02. Press the cycle start to start the test
03. The tests are conducted as per below sequence.

14. Finally, If the results of all the tests are PASS, then the Final Result is declared PASS and Tower Lamp is made to glow in green. If any of the results are Fail, then the Final result is declared as FAIL and the Tower Lamp is made to glow in Red. During testing the Tower Lamp will glow in Yellow
15. The Test Rig is ready for the next Cycle.
• No Operation is conducted if the emergency key is pressed in both auto and manual modes.
• No operation is conducted if the air pressure is low.
• During testing if the emergency key is pressed the system skips out of the tests and remains Idle.
• This Mode enables a continuous display of reading for all values of current, voltage, torque and speed.
• The calibration of the above values can be obtained by using a standard calibration meter. A calibration pot is provided this entire individual isolation amplifier except speed whose calibration is obtained by adjusting the speed ratio parameter stored in the database.
Sets of 27 programs are selectable in which of the following parameter can be altered for every program.
