The Armature Commutator Under cutting PLC based SPM Performs the Mica Under cutting for Armature with Air Hydro Pneumatic Controlled Feed Control arrangements.
1. The Operator loads the armature in the ‘V’ Block and presses the Start Key
2. Safety door closes
3. Armature is clamped using the clamping cylinder and the Collet
4. Armature is rotated in conjunction with the Laser sensor to detect the first Mica by using servo-indexing mechanism
5. Cutter drive motor is switched on
6. Cutter assembly comes down (Stopper provided)
7. Cutter assembly moves front to initiate the under cutting process
8. Cutter assembly stops by the stopper position and returns home
9. Armature is indexed to the next slot by sensor and servo motor
10. Steps 6 to 9 are repeated until no of segments are over
11. The Dust collector collects all the burrs produced during cutting
12. The armature is declamped
13. The Door closer is released
14. The Operator unloads the component
