The equipment is used to perform Preheating of ICH (Integrated Hybrid circuit) assy and hot curing of bond in Heat sink and HIC assy as per the specifications mentioned below.
• Heater capacity : 1 Kw
• Temperature range : + 50 to 200 degree celsius
• The temperature uniformity over entire hot plate is within + 3 degree celsius
PID control with ‘J’ type thermocouple (Temperature control, display, provision for setting etc). Blind temperature controller with ‘J’ thermocouple for temperature safety alarm is independent. The controller will trip off the heater contactor in case if temperature rises above the set point. SSR is used to on / off control for the heater coil.
