Magnetizer

The electrical controlled magnetizer is designed to magnetize the yoke assembly (or as a motor) to the required flux for Motor variety.

Sequence of operations

1. Press the start button to start the motor.

2. Hold the stator leads between brush wheel manually for enamel removal.

3. After enamel is removed take away the stator leads manually.

Manual Mode Operation

For the purpose of setting, tryouts and diagnosis, the following manual operation facilities will be provided through switches and push buttons.

a. On/Off facility for all subsystems

Cycle Time

1. Cycle time including loading and unloading of components will be less than 14 seconds. Auto cycle time will be less than 15 seconds.
2. The equipment design will facilitate simple direct manual loading and unloading.
